Sorry, we do not accept pets & smoking IS NOT allowed in our buildings.

Nightly rates above do not include 8% lodging tax. Weekly or 3+ nights stays require a $150.00 deposit plus tax & will be refunded if cancellation is done within guidelines. All cancellations with deposits have a $20 processing fee.

A two night minimum stay is required for a large cottage rental & holiday weekends have a 3 night minimum.

Daily maid service is not provided in the cottages.

IMPORTANT: ***Minimal number of persons indicated above is rate above, each additional person is $5 per night up to maximum allowed per room/cottage.

Cots are $5 a night

CANCELLATION POLICY: Weekly or 3 night cottage rentals must cancel 2 weeks prior to arrival for deposit to be fully refunded. A 7 day cancellation is required for all other reservations or one night will be charged. A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from deposits refunded.

Rates above are subject to change

A $30 +tax fee will be charged to registered guest for each person over the maximum guest amount per cottage if persons do not leave property by 9pm. Registered guest will then be asked to leave the premises.
