Enjoy our central location in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest on the northern side of the white mountain region in Twin Mountain-Bretton Woods, NH. This gives you access to all the major attractions and white mountain area activities which will save on your gas expense & driving time. Lots of fun summer activities surround us such as the Cog Railway which is just 5 miles away along with golfing, hiking, Santa's Village, Whales Tales Water Park, The Lost River, Clark's Trading Post, Mt. Washington Auto Road, Franconia Notch, Crawford Notch, Storyland & the North Conway outlet shopping. The winter activities in the area include Skiing at Bretton Woods with discount ski lift tickets, Cannon Mountain, Attitash & Loon Mountain along with snowshoeing, cross country skiing & direct trail access for snowmobiling. Santa's Village is also open on the weekends before Christmas each year. You can view the interior of each cottage to find the one that best fits your needs. Come & enjoy nature's scenic beauty & mountain views here with us. We offer a wide range of recreation such as an in-ground 20X40 swimming pool (water temp. may varies depends weather) Pool opens in mid June each year until after Labor Day weekend. A large children's playground with a campfire gathering area, outdoor activities such as Beach-ball Volleyball, tetherball & horseshoes make family time fun. Free Wireless internet connection. Relax & watch the sunset after enjoying the area recreation of your choice. All of the cottages have grills, picnic tables for that special barbecue or outdoor moment in the White mountains. The cozy cottages also have spacious screened-in porches with tables and chairs for the nighttime relaxation & sunsets.

2 & 3 Bedroom Cottages

Our large cottage collection will accommodate large families & some of them are even located next to the playground & pool for the kids' entertainment. Each cottage has a unique theme, they are remodeled, clean, and cozy with living rooms and full kitchens. We have kept the cottage "charm" with today's amenities. Cable TV with HD flat-screen TV's is provided in all with video hook up. Cottage #3 & 4 have gas fireplaces. Some cottages have campfire pits also. We have some of the largest cottages in the area.

These one-room cottages are each uniquely redesigned & renovated with a theme keeping the "antique cottage charm" for coziness. They each have a refrigerator, coffee maker, tea, a large 14'x6' screened-in porch with a seating area to enjoy the evening sunset, a small bathroom with a stand-up shower & blow Dryer, a charcoal grill, Heat & AC, microwave, picnic table, and HD Flat Screen TV with expanded cable channels & video game/DVD/USB hookups.

We offer a variety of rooms with queen, full & twin size beds to suit your lodging needs. Each room has a unique cozy interior decor. All of our rooms have color cable HD flat-screen TVs, hairdryers, microwaves, refrigerators & in-room coffee makers. Coffee & tea is provided. Outside chairs and side table is provided for each room to enjoy the fresh air and sunsets during the summer and fall months. An outdoor central firepit is also available. We now offer rooms with Remote Control Air Conditioner units.

Our location is just north of Franconia Notch and central to the family attractions, hikes, Mt. Washington views and so much more. We have what you need to accommodate large families, a couple looking to relax or a small family going on an adventure. A large playground area & heated pool provide fun entertainment. Hiking

Twin Mountain-Bretton Woods is a central location for the white mountain hiking trails, they surround us. Mount Washington, Franconia Notch, Crawford Notch & the Kancamagus is just to name a few areas that are close by. Enjoy a hiking experience on several trails in different scenic areas during your stay with us. The scenic views are just spectacular. We are located directly on America's 100 mile National Scenic byways #6 & close to theKancamagus Scenic Byway in the White Mountains so the hiking views are plentiful-don't forget your camera!

Snowmobile

We are centrally located and have direct snowmobile trail access to many miles of local scenic trails with mountain top views & access to hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails within the white mountain region. You can also take day trips to Gorham, Franconia Notch, Littleton, Lincoln, Jefferson, Lancaster, Berlin Whitefield and even Erroll. Our location is key to exploring the white mountain's groomed snowmobile trail system. You can check local trail conditions by clicking on the Twin Mountain Snowmobile club link page below or visit the NHSA website. We are located about 2.5 hours from the Boston area off of Route 93, exit 35. Our "Stay & Ride" Package will accommodate all your snowmobile needs. You can leave your vehicle & trailers here and ride from your door. Gas up across the street & go!! There is a campfire gathering area which can be used from 6-11pm to relax around and talk about your days events. The 2 to 3 bedroom cottages have full kitchens for your cooking needs & a relaxing living room area.

Fall Foliage

Bretton Woods Ski Resort offers a free scenic chair lift ride, at the top you can enjoy the spectacular scenic views, grab a lunch at the restaurant, bring a picnic lunch, hike around, hike down the mountain or take the lift back down. The Fall Foliage brings colorful beauty to the white mountain area and with the trees surrounding our property you get an up front view along with photo memories. Scenic views by car, train, hike or tramway are plentiful & in all directions in the White Mountain Region, so you can plan your days with different ways & routes to see the magnificent leaf colors. We are located on the National Scenic Byway #6 which is a 100 mile scenic loop in & around the white Mountain national forest including the Kancamagus Highway National Scenic Byway #7. These Byway's also intersect with The Presidential Range. Our central location to all the scenic mountain views & activities will help with planning your sight seeing day trips. Drive the 100 mile scenic loop or take the tramway at Cannon Mountain in Franconia Notch & visit The Flume & The Basin.
