Twin Mountain-Bretton Woods is a central location for the white mountain hiking trails, they surround us. Mount Washington, Franconia Notch, Crawford Notch & the Kancamagus is just to name a few areas that are close by. Enjoy a hiking experience on several trails in different scenic areas during your stay with us. The scenic views are just spectacular. We are located directly on America's 100 mile National Scenic byways #6 & close to the theKancamagus Scenic Byway in the White Mountains so the hiking views are plentiful-don't forget your camera!

Stayed two nights in mid June. Very clean, and the owners obviously take pride in their units. But when other reviewers use "cozy", they really mean small. Not a big... read more issue for us though. The sink is pretty much in your lap when using the toilet. Very nice screened porch with small table and chairs, but no light other than a small outside light, so after dark I could not enjoy the cool breeze and read.,

Nice comfortable & relaxing place to stay for visits to the areas theme parks. We had a two bedroom cottage which was a little dated but was clean and had... read more contained everything needed for both short and long stays. Nice pool and playground areas for the kids. Grill, fire pits and picnic tables if you decided to cook in. Only suggestion might be sun blocking drapes or shades on the windows. Bedrooms got pretty bright at sun up. Also, the cottage advertised two TV's but had only one in the living room. All in all, i do recommend the Carroll as a reasonably priced and comfortable place to stay, especially if traveling with children. More

This is the second time Me and my boyfriend stay at the the Carroll motel&cottages we stay 2nights 3 days we had the best time we stay in cottage 14... read more it was so cute so clean everyone was so nice and we saw the best fireworks in a long time we will definitely be back me and my boyfriend decided that this place was our secret little getaway thank u Carroll motel and cottage soooooo glad we found this place
