Over the past years we’ve been able to stay in many of the different cottages. They are all so cute, different and extremely cozy. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful during our stays if there was ever a problem they were right on it. So honest and dedicated to making sure everyone loves the place as much as they do. Days that we hung around the property we loved being in the pool especially this year being in my 3rd trimester I pretty much lived there. I also put their new septic system to the test with all the morning sickness and constant bathroom trips. We were sad to hear that this will be the last year with the owners and the amazing cleaning staff since it has been sold this year. We hope the new management will be just as good but we’re very sad that our daughter won’t get to grow up with the staff they have here. Especially one of the cleaning girls she has been amazing with my nieces they love to fallow her around and watch her she’ll sneak in some play time with them.   Good:
Screened porch at the cabin. Location (central to the Whites). TV, wi-fi, fridge worked fine. Ya Ya's (north of intersection) offers nearby basic groceries and subs (must be good... read more as it draws lots of customers).

Not so good:
Bed is short (I'm 6'2") and because the headboard juts out a few inches, I had to pull the bed off the wall by 4-5" and sleep diagonally on the mattress. Heating unit is a single blower in the bedroom, which doesn't maintain a consistent temperature during the night. Kitchen has no running water and so cleaning dishes is done in the bathroom sink whose stopper needs to be lifted to allow orts to run off. Bathroom window knob jammed and inserted packaged napkin between knob and frame to avoid having to fight the know when wanting to open or close the window. Closest large grocery store 21 minutes away in Littleton. (Only) one maid service for every 7-day stay. More

The only thing that you should be aware of, is the showers are very small but it's funny how it did not seem to bother me as much as when I first arrived.

It is in a great location to get around New Hampshire and enjoy the great roads.
And because of the positives, I am strongly considering to reserve some time in the fall when we go back to the area.

A... read more number of good hikes are close by, and Santa's Village is only 20 minutes away.The cottage is small and just so cute. We LOVED the screened porches. The general store across the street is perfect for all the things that you will surely forget. Monroe's down the street is a great place for breakfast or lunch, and even the famous Polly's Pancake Parlor isn't too far of a ride if you want to head out for a nice drive to Sugar Hill. It's nice to have all the windows open in the cabin, and the neighbors in close proximity around us were all very respectful with the noise at night. My kids loved the playground area, and if we'd had more time, would have loved the pool too. Would definitely go back.
