  We have stayed at this motel twice in 2021. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our room had two beds, a table with 2 chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV... read more and the bathroom had a shower. This his motel is close to Bretton Woods. The owner pleasantly greeted us on our arrival.

  This was our first time staying in a cabin up north! We loved it. Very clean & comfy..it had everything we needed after a long day of snowmobiling (trails were... read more literally right across the street!!!) See pic attached.
We got up, showered & went across the street to the gas station (which has a huge store with anything you could need...clothing, food, hardware, parts for sleds), after filling the snowmobiles with gas we hit the trails. The cabins are about 1 minute from the trail.

Owners are amazing! We will definitely be staying again in a couple weeks! Perfect for a weekend getaway! We highly recommend it.

We had a two bedroom cottage which was a little dated but was clean and had... read more contained everything needed for both short and long stays. Nice pool and playground areas for the kids. Grill, fire pits and picnic tables if you decided to cook in. Only suggestion might be sun blocking drapes or shades on the windows. Bedrooms got pretty bright at sun up. Also, the cottage advertised two TV's but had only one in the living room. All in all, i do recommend the Carroll as a reasonably priced and comfortable place to stay, especially if traveling with children. More
